If you are thinking about purchasing a home/condo, you'll want to get Pre-Approved FIRST so that you know how much house you can purchase and are looking in the correct price range. There is no reason to drive around and waste your time and gas if you don't have bank approval showing that you will be able to purchase the home. I can make this happen for you if you fill out an application at www.GenaSchaublin.com and then send me:
- 30 days of paystubs
- W2s for 2011 and 2012
- Full tax returns for 2011 - 20122
- A bank statement showing your down payment money (usually at least 5% of the purchase price plus some money for closing).
